Get ready for a full-body workout that targets both your upper and lower body using light hand weights, choosing the weights that work best for you. Not only will you improve your flexibility and build strength, but you'll also enhance your joint stability, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. We even use a chair for additional support during standing exercises, as well as for stretching and relaxation exercises. Hybrid.
